Strategic Construction Solutions is an affiliate of Construction Management firm Atwell/Anderson, LLC provides proven construction strategies that drive successful budgets, schedules, and builds for clients nationwide. Whether your project is a unique stand-alone development, or part of a national rollout program, Atwell/Anderson will ensure its successful completion while respecting your budget, schedule, and needs, under one of the three primary delivery methods as follows:
1.Traditional Construction Management - The most common array of professional services includes planning, pre-construction phase, project management (as it relates to quality, time and scope), post construction phase, and project close-out (to augment an owners project staff who traditionally would not include the specific resources to guide a construction project from start of construction to turn over). This method can be utilized on a single project basis or as part of a larger program.
2.Program Management - This delivery method includes the services listed above as they relate to traditional construction management, but also include: planning and design services, municipality approvals, manufacturer approvals, standardization of details, leveraged purchasing, and economies of scale for projects with multiple building and standard branding requirements.
3.Owners Representative - The Construction Manager at this level will be acting as the owner's principal agent managing all aspects of development including the planning, design, municipality approvals, contractor pre-qualifications, construction management, dispute resolution, scheduling, procurement, post construction, and close-out.
