R. J. Ruff & Co. is a Central Arizona-based family-owned steel and machinery fabrication plant that specializes in custom-made steel products.
Our 20,000 square foot facility located in South Phoenix hosts a variety of high capacity equipment capable of processing thicker, heavier and larger steel, stainless steel and aluminum plate and stock. Plate Shearing
- Up to 3/4" A36 Plate x 12' Long
- Up to 1/2" Plate Stainless Steel x 12' Long
- Up to 1/2" A514, A242, A588, A527 Plate x 12' Long
Plate Forming
- Up to 1,000-tons x 22' long.
- 5/8" A36 Plate x 20' or thicker plate at shorter lengths.
Plate Rolling
- 1-1/4" A36 Plate x 12' Long.
- Thicker A36 Plate or different grade material to shorter widths.
- We roll abrasion resistant (AR) steel plate.
Angle Rolling
- Up to 5" x 5" x 5/8" Angle Rolled Leg-Out
- Up to 5" x 5" x 1/2" Angle Rolled Leg-In
Pipe Rolling
- 3/4" through 4" Schedule 80 Pipe
Channel Rolling
- Up to C12 x 30# Channel, Flanges-In or Out
Beam Rolling (Easy-Way Only)
- S: Up to S12 x 40.8#
- WF: Up to W12 x 14# through W12 x 16#
- W10 x 12# through W10 x 30#
