CORE Construction
At CORE Construction, we build with more than concrete, steel and glass.
We also build strong, long-lasting relationships based on mutual respect, trust and integrity. Through these relationships, we have been finding solutions that add value to construction projects in markets across the nation since 1937.
When you partner with CORE Construction, you are working with a family-owned company with six regional offices and a history that reaches back over 70 years. You will benefit from the experience, commitment, integrity and innovation of some of the brightest professionals the industry has to offer. These CORE values are evident in every level of our company and are a part of everything we do.
CORE recently completed work on the John F. Miller School in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 74,000 square-foot facility accommodates 130 students with specialized needs, ages 3-22 and was designed to stimulate the senses of medically fragile children through tactile surfaces, visual stimuli and protected outdoor spaces.
Our success in the industrial construction field can be attributed to years of experience and a clear understanding that innovation plays an important role in building. From warehouse buildings to bio-fuels plants, our customers will appreciate the effort we make to ask the right questions and learn about their operations to ensure these projects are built efficiently. Deadlines are critical to many businesses and we work hard to ensure our projects are completed to our client's satisfaction.
The construction industry in the United States has a significant impact on the environment, which is why we at CORE believe it is our obligation to be good stewards of our precious resources. Through a better understanding and working knowledge of sustainable practices and renewable alternatives we are able to collaborate with owners, designers and end users to provide 'green' solutions to both sophisticated systems and simple, everyday issues. Whether providing innovative solutions to achieve LEED certification points or implementing simple recycling programs, we promote and practice sustainability.
CORE is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) with 18 LEED accredited professionals (a number that is growing and will continue to do so), and experienced personnel to help you explore opportunities to BUILD GREEN.
Like most all building projects, the success of a job is directly tied to the ability of the team to work together collaboratively. CORE builds strong relationships with the owner and consultants to ensure the often complex systems within these buildings function as intended and envisioned.
